蕃茄味噌泡麵 - Tomato miso instant noodle

在澳洲的某天突然很想吃泡麵,到超市一看,發現有調味包的泡麵都超貴,窮窮的我實在是買不下去,於是買了無調味的泡麵,回家自己用現有的材料煮個蕃茄味噌湯頭,最後靈光一閃加了一盒海苔片,撒點蔥花,鮮味滿滿,吃的心滿意足:)

結果最近愛上吃自己煮的泡麵,好像吃的太頻繁。。。

//食材//

橄欖油 1大匙

蕃茄 1顆 >切丁再切爛

熱水 700 ml

味噌 2大匙

紫菜 1小把 >剝成小塊

(也可以用海苔片剝小片替代)

蔥 1支 >切成蔥花

營養酵母 1小撮

(沒有的話可以不加,裝飾及提味用)


△此食譜為一人份,吃起來剛剛好飽足

//作法//

1. 鍋內倒入橄欖油,油熱後倒入蕃茄

2. 拌炒個 3 分鐘直到蕃茄變得軟爛

3. 鍋內倒入500 ml 的熱水

4. 加入紫菜

5. 水滾後放入味噌,攪拌至味噌均勻融化

6.放入泡麵,關火蓋上鍋蓋燜3分鐘

7.把泡麵倒入碗公裡,撒上蔥花及營養酵母

8. 開動囉 :D

One day in Australia, I suddenly wanted to eat instant noodles. When I went to the supermarket, I found that the instant noodles with seasoning bags were super expensive. I couldn’t afford that cuz I was poor, so I bought unseasoned plain instant noodles home. Use the ingredients we already had in our pantry to cook a tomato miso soup, at the end I add a box of seaweed, sprinkle some green onion, full of umami, full of satisfaction : )  
I recently fell in love with eating my own version of instant noodles, maybe eating this too often. . .


// Ingredient//

olive oil 1 Tbsp

tomato 1 > chopped finely

hot water 700 ml

miso 2 Tbsp

seaweed 1 a handful > break into small pieces

(you could use snack seaweed to substitute as well)

spring onion 1 sprig > chopped finely

nutritious yeast a pinch

(you could skip this if don’t have one)

△This recipe is one serving, perfect amount of satisfaction.

// Step //

1. Pour olive oil into the pot, add tomatoes after the oil gets hot.

2. Stir fry for 3 minutes until the tomatoes become soft.

3. Pour 500 ml of hot water into the pot.

4. Add seaweed.

5. After boiling, add the miso in and stir until it melts evenly.

6. Put in the instant noodles, turn off the heat, and put the lid on for 3 minutes.

7. Pour the noodles and soup into the bowl, sprinkle with green onion and nutritional yeast.

8. Tuck in ! : D
